1. When you use pentox.com, you do so of your own volition and initiative. It is your responsibility to conform to all applicable local laws. Any claim related to pentox.com and the elements it contains, or arising from the use of pentox.com, is governed by the applicable laws in Quebec, Canada.

No part of pentox.com may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, displayed or transmitted by any means, without prior written permission of OSMOSE-PENTOX, or the copyright owner. You are permitted to display or download pentox.com, but only for non-commercial purposes and only as long as you do not modify it, and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.


3. Whether registered or not, trademarks and logos used or displayed on pentox.com are private property of OSMOSE-PENTOX or of third parties. Nothing in pentox.com may be interpreted so as to grant, directly, or indirectly, the use of a trademark reproduced on pentox.com,  without the prior written permission of the trademark owner. If you think otherwise, just look at what may happen.


4. pentox.com is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. OSMOSE-PENTOX, to the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, disclaims all responsibility and provides no guarantee, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, OSMOSE-PENTOX makes no representation with regard to the use, downloading, validity, accuracy, or reliability of pentox.com, or with regard to the results obtained from the use of pentox.com. OSMOSE-PENTOX does everything possible to ensure that pentox.com contains no errors, however OSMOSE-PENTOX declines all responsibility with regard to any error that may be found on pentox.com. OSMOSE-PENTOX, its related companies, directors, employees, representatives, or agents, may not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damages related, directly or indirectly, to the use of pentox.com, including, but not limited to, the loss of data, or revenue, resulting from use of pentox.com, or from an inability to use it.


5. The term "street price" denotes a product price that may typically be observed in the market place.
   

1. The receipt by e-mail of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance, by OSMOSE-PENTOX, of such an order or the confirmation of an offer to sell. OSMOSE-PENTOX reserves the right, without any prior notification, to refuse service to any customer and/or limit the order quantity of any item ordered. Verification of personal or credit card information may be required at any time by OSMOSE-PENTOX prior to the acceptance of any order.


2. Accepted method of payment is by VISA credit card, money order, or check. No C.O.D.'s. Expect a lengthy delay for checks and money orders to be processed, before your order is expedited. If you prefer to buy the products locally, then please look here.
   
   
3. All the ordered products must be paid in total before the order will be sent. Payment will be made into Osmose-Pentox Inc.'s account before the order is shipped to you.
   
   
4. The price payable for each product that may be ordered is indicated on the order-form page with regard to each product offered on pentox.com. This price may differ from a "typical street price".
   


5. The prices of products set out on pentox.com may differ from the prices offered for the same products in stores owned and operated independently of OSMOSE-PENTOX.
   
   
6. OSMOSE-PENTOX reserves the right to modify at any time, without prior notice, the prices of products offered on pentox.com.
   
   
7. All indicated prices are in Canadian dollars.
   
   
8. Shipping and handling charges, as well as applicable taxes, are dependant on the shipping address; and are extra.
   

1. Make absolutely sure that the product will satisfy your needs. If in doubt, call or e-mail your inquiry. Returns, or exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the product.


2. Products purchased from pentox.com are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, in retail stores.

1. OSMOSE-PENTOX does not guarantee, in any way or form, the availability of products offered on pentox.com. If OSMOSE-PENTOX is unable to deliver one, or other, of the products that you have ordered, OSMOSE-PENTOX will advise you by e-mail. Orders will be processed at the earliest possible time, usually within ten (10) working days.

1. The address you transmit at the time of your order, on the pentox.com online-order form, will be the delivery address to which OSMOSE-PENTOX ships the products you order.



2. If the products you order can not be delivered due to inaccurate shipping directions and / or address, and / or is just undeliverable and is returned to OSMOSE-PENTOX, shipping and handling charges will be charged to you.
   
   
3. Shipping and handling charges are as indicated on the pentox.com order form and are subject to change without notice.
   
   
4. Upon accepting your order, OSMOSE-PENTOX will expedite delivery of it as quickly as possible, by the delivery method that you have selected on the pentox.com order form. Delivery times and costs may vary according to the destination, the delivery method, the size of the order, and the availability of products.
   
   
5. From the moment a transport company delivers your order, you become the owner of all the products you have ordered. As of that moment, you assume all risk related to the products ordered, and OSMOSE-PENTOX will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Therefore, it is imperative for you to inspect your order upon delivery, prior to signing, to verify that there are no hidden damages within the package, especially if the package shows signs of mishandling.
   
   
6. You, the purchaser, are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees and all costs related to importing/exporting the products you ordered.
   
   
7. Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the transport company. Therefore you are particularly subject to the rules concerning a signature acknowledging receipt of product. If you are absent from the location to which you requested that the order be delivered, it is your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the transport company. An undeliverable order that is returned to OSMOSE-PENTOX, shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card.
   
   
8. Deliveries will not be made to a post-office box.
   
   
9. All products ordered must be paid in full before the order is expedited.

1. In the event that OSMOSE-PENTOX is found to be liable toward you, such liability shall be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products from pentox.com returned.
   
   
2. Notwithstanding the preceding, OSMOSE-PENTOX shall be limited to the terms set out on the label; and, subject thereto, the buyer assumes the risk to persons or property arising from the use or handling of this product and accepts the product on that condition. If you do not accept that condition, do not buy the product.
